Depending on the progress of procedures, after finish, head to Gyirong County for staying overnight. We drive to Mt Everest from Gyirong via Dingri. Enjoy the sunset at Mt Everst foot and have an evening walk nearby.

Drive along the national road to Tingri. On the way, you can have a stop to enjoy the nice view of Peigu Co Lake.

Head to EBC, and visit the real roof of the World – Mt.Everest. All are asphalt roads but with bends. Overlooking the holy Mt. Everest, if you are lucky, can have clear vistas up a glacial valley to the sheer North Face. Enjoy the wonderful time there. After that, drive back to Tingri.

Early departure to Shigatse. Upon arrival, if still have time, then do part of procedure for Chinese temporary driving license and vehicle license.

Continue the procedure, if still have time, can go to visit Tashilhunpo Monastery. Tashilhunpo Monastery is the second important temple in Tibet, the seat of Panchen Lama and where their stupas located. And there is the largest bronze stadium of the Buddha in the world.

Drive to Gyantse for the beautiful Pelkhor Chode Monastery and the fantastic fresco there, after that, drive towards Lhasa, on the way, visit the Yamdrok Lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet, also can overlook Karuola Glacier. Enjoy the nice nature scenery along the way

One day sightseeing in the holy city – Lhasa, Suggestion – the Potala Palace, the Jokhang Temple, the Barkhor Street etc.

Drive to Nyingchi, enjoy beautiful view on the road.

Most beautiful driving day of all this tour. Today you will see the grand Namcha Barwa from far and beautiful forests and mountains, blue sky, while cloud, lovely local people, bright sunshine etc.

If you are interested in, can go to Visit the beautiful Ranwu lake and the nearby rural villages. Ranwu lake is regarded as the heaven far from cities and commercial influence. After that, drive to Zuogong.

Long driving day but the natural scenery is very nice. Today, exit Tibet Autonomous Region and enter Yunnan province. Tonight, you can also choose to stay overnight around Feilai Temple, which is around 10km far from Degin, in this way, if lucky, can enjoy the fantastic sunrise together with Mt. Kawa Karpo.

Drive to Shangri-la in the morning and visit at Shangri-la, such as the Songzanlin Temple which is named the small Potala Palace, and Dukezong Ancient Town, etc…

Drive to Lijiang today, on the way, if you are interested in, you can go to visit Tiger Leaping Gorge, which is known as the “First Gorge of the Yangtze River”.

Whole day relax and visit at Lijiang. Lijiang is one of the top 4 ancient cities in China and it is a colorful, romantic, ethnic and exotic ancient city.

Drive towards Dali, on the way, you can go to Zhoucheng village to watch the traditional tie-dye technology. After that, drive along the lake side road (Erhai Lake) to Dali Ancient town. You can spend the rest of the day in Dali, where the minority Bai People reside in.

Drive to Lincang.

Keep driving to Pu’er, on the way, you will pass many Minority villages.

Depart early today, directly to Mohan, and do the exit procedure, then head to Laos, and finish the driving in China.
